Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing L.I.F.E. RECOVERY, TRAINING, & COACHING. We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds will only be processed if a request is made within three (3) days from the date the contract is signed.
    • After three (3) days from the date the contract is signed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Missed Appointments:
    • Refund requests for missed appointments will not be honored.
    • It is the responsibility of the client to attend all scheduled appointments. If an appointment is missed, the service will be considered rendered and no refunds will be issued.
  3. How to Request a Refund:
    • To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our customer service team at 9733181767 with your contract details and reason for the refund request.
  4. Processing Refunds:
    • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing sent to [email protected].
  5. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Any additional fees, such as administrative or processing fees, are non-refundable.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
    • L.I.F.E. RECOVERY, TRAINING, & COACHING reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

By signing the contract and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
