What does a diversity coach do?

A diversity coach is a professional who specializes in helping organizations foster inclusive environments, embrace diversity, and implement equitable practices. Their work focuses on guiding businesses and individuals in understanding, appreciating, and leveraging differences within the workplace, such as race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.
